Is there a catering minimum?
Smaller orders can use our regular online ordering. Name labeling is available for orders of 10 or more meals. Send us your headcount and we will confirm the best ordering option.
Can each person choose a different meal?
Yes. Send us one consolidated list of names and selections. For orders of 10 or more meals, we can label each meal by name.
How are noodle meals packaged?
Each meal is packed individually. Toppings are cooked in the broth and packaged together, while rice noodles or ramen are packed separately.
Is catering more expensive than direct online ordering?
The same entrées follow our direct Clover menu prices. We do not use Uber Eats pricing for catering orders. Taxes and any agreed delivery charge are shown before payment.
How do we pay?
After the order is confirmed, we send one Clover payment link for the full order.
Do you deliver?
Pickup at 986 High House Rd is the default. If you need delivery, include the address in your request. We will confirm whether it can be arranged for your date, time, order size, and location.
Can I order for Tuesday?
No. Ten Seconds Cary is closed on Tuesdays.
How far ahead should I order?
Please send your request as early as possible. We confirm timing based on the date, order size, and availability.
What about allergies?
Include allergy information in your request so our team can review it. Ingredient requests do not guarantee allergen-free preparation.
